Trust and Reality

This essay explores the connection between trust and reality. Trust is not belief or proof but a natural knowing that arises when reality reveals itself. Genuine trust rests not on people or circumstances but on awareness itself, making it unshakable and eternal.

A woman with closed eyes receives a sacred mark on her forehead, symbolizing trust, silence, and spiritual reality.

Trust and Reality

Trust is not something that can be forced. It is not built on arguments or proofs. True trust arises naturally when reality reveals itself.

When existence shows us the silent valley within, where every event is already known, then doubt disappears. Trust is born. It is not trust in a person, a situation, or even in words. It is trust in reality itself.

Reality does not need to convince us. It speaks in silence. It shows itself in the way life unfolds, in the way every question is already answered before it is asked. In that space, trust is not belief, it is knowing.

When I say, “Did you trust me? This is the reality,” the meaning is simple: trust is not about me or you. It is about what already exists in pure awareness. That reality is beyond change. It does not deceive. It does not fail.

To live in trust is to live in alignment with reality. It is to walk with silence, to see every action as part of the great art of existence. Trust is not fragile when it rests on truth. It is eternal.
